After the absolute record of almost 2.2 million euros that we were able to raise in our official Companisto round, those who missed the first closing will now also have the opportunity to invest in the future of Innok Robotics.
Every additional euro will be used to further drive our international growth, develop innovative robotic solutions and bring our multi-terrain and outdoor-capable systems to an even broader market. We have not only reached our target, but far exceeded it!
Originally, we had targeted our current growth round via Companisto crowd investing of 1.8 million euros - an ambitious target at a time when financing rounds are being canceled rather than records being broken. But thanks to the huge interest, around 2.2 million euros were made available for the growth of Innok Robotics via the Companisto stream!
This success not only confirms the trust of our 682 Companisto investors, who invested an average of €3,200 per Companist, ranging from €250 to €500 thousand, in Innok Robotics. But above all, it also shows the enormous potential of our autonomous mobile robot solutions - especially in the area of multi-terrain and outdoor-capable systems, which, among other things, make it possible to automate transport processes not only on smooth floors within halls, but also on problematic floors - indoors, outdoors and thus also on so-called brownfield sites (production and logistics halls).
Every euro from our Companisto financing round flows directly into our growth: we are currently expanding strongly both nationally and internationally, developing new products and expanding our service network to support our customers with the best robotics solutions on site.
But the journey is not over yet: Until November 15 2024, private investors have the last opportunity to participate in Innok Robotics in the parallel second funding stream, a €1 million Private Co-Investor Round, (standard ticket size is €100 thousand, minimum tickets: €50 thousand) - and thus also become part of our success story. So far, €800 thousand has been pledged in this round (€250 thousand of which has already been paid in). If interest is greater than expected, the round may be opened up to €1.5 million, with a maximum of €2.0 million, in order to enable as many interested parties as possible to invest - and to give Innok Robotics scope for further accelerated international company growth.
This is likely to be the last opportunity for private investors to invest in the pioneering AMR technology made-in-Bavaria / made-in Regenstauf and to participate in the future success of Innok Robotics: Unfortunately, in all likelihood, only institutional corporate and financial venture capital funds of €5 million or more will be able to be used in further, future financing rounds of Innok Robotics.
