The opportunity to participate in Innok's growth with your investment, starting now!
Following last week's update (announcing major corporations as new customers, including ZF, Volvo, BASF and LIEBHERR), as well as the strategically important introduction of our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) offers, we are proud to present another highlight today.
We are offering you, as an investor, an even more exclusive opportunity to benefit directly and immediately from the scale-up success with Innok Robotics – and not just when Innok Robotics exits.
Become part of our success – attractive finder's fee for keeping an eye out in your personal network!
As a Companisto investor, you not only participate in our joint future business success, but you can also easily and proactively contribute to the growth of Innok Robotics right now – and continuously profit financially from it yourself.
And this is how it works:
To make investing in Innok even more attractive and to support Innok in its scale-up not only with capital but also operationally, we are offering our Companisto investors the following opportunity:
Everyone is likely to know companies in their network, for example, with several production or storage halls and/or possibly problematic floors, indoor and outdoor. Transport processes in such facilities can only be automated by Innok transport robots (INDUROS) - due to the outdoor and multi-terrain capabilities of our INDUROS, which enjoys a worldwide unique selling point (USP) in this respect.
We want our Innok investors to proactively keep their eyes open for such situations and potential customers for us, now and in the coming years, and to pass on relevant information to us. If possible, the tipster should make personal contact with any interested parties (e.g. decision-makers such as entrepreneurs, managing directors, plant managers, logistics managers or simply employees in the relevant areas of the target companies) – we will take it from there!
Since our robots generate immense cost advantages for companies (up to €60,000 in single-shift operation and up to €200,000 in 24/7 or three-shift operation), such information is important and welcome to those in positions of responsibility in companies, as they are often not yet aware of the potential of our robots.
The same applies to decision-makers in the field of RAINOS, our irrigation robot, which we currently sell mainly to cemetery gardeners, but increasingly also to local authorities. By using a RAINOS robot, cemetery gardeners – of whom there are around 10,000 in Germany alone – can be greatly relieved of the laborious task of watering. There are reports from the field that show that in extreme cases, RAINOS can save more than €100,000. In Vienna, we were told by cemetery gardeners at the Vienna Central Cemetery that they can save around €126,000 per year in watering costs for 600 graves (which a single RAINOS can supply) and €210 per grave if this service is purchased from third parties.
Innok Robotics will pay a finder's fee to interested parties that it approaches and follows up on, depending on the amount of their own Innok Robotics investment in this Companisto round:
Example: Your Innok stake on Companisto is €5,000.
You broker the sale of a medium-configured RAINOS to an entrepreneur in your network for €80,000. We will pay you a finder's fee of 5% of €80,000 = €4,000 after settling up with the customer.
In this very realistic example, a successful recommendation for just one robot leads to a cash inflow of €4,000 for you, which is almost the return on your entire investment of €5,000.
(Innok employees and their immediate families, as well as existing Innok Robotics sales partners who already receive a sales commission, are excluded from this profit sharing arrangement.)
Outlook: trendsetting intralogistics research project to be launched soon
We are also pleased to announce that Innok Robotics, in collaboration with the University of Magdeburg, other experienced partners and one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery (headquartered in the United States with its southern Bavarian brand), expects to soon launch a joint research project.
The project will use our autonomous robotic technologies (autonomy software and hardware) to automate and revolutionise comprehensive logistics processes. The new application of our technology in the agricultural machinery industry shows once again how versatile our technologies are and the value they can add for a wide range of industries, which Innok Robotics will develop in the coming years, also with the help of your equity capital. This project once again highlights the already strong reputation and growth potential of Innok Robotics – for our customers, research and development partners and for you as an investor.

Update 12 September 2024
Innok Robotics cracks further large corporations and introduces attractive robot financing model (RaaS)

Major successes in the construction machinery industry
VOLVO Construction Equipment has now also placed its first order for Innok's indoor and outdoor-capable autonomous mobile robots, which make it possible to autonomise transport processes on brownfield sites (existing buildings, often with problematic floors, several halls, etc.) - and is planning to use the Induros AMR for its material transport operations. This is already the second billion-euro company after the Japanese KUBOTA Group to use the Induros transport robot in its intralogistics in the construction machinery sector. Talks are also underway with LIEBHERR Switzerland following a successful live presentation at our customer Rigdon from the tyre industry in Günzburg.
Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS): Great customer response to new sales financing model for our autonomous mobile robots (AMR)
Innok Robotics has been in intensive dialogue with its customers in recent weeks and months, including on the subject of financing robots. It has become clear that many customers would like to automate in the current tense economic situation, but at the same time also want to protect their liquidity and therefore do not want to buy a robot as a whole (cash), as in the past.
We have now realised these wishes for an attractive financing option without the financial burden of a larger purchase price: We now offer - in addition to the classic purchase and leasing options - the possibility of using our AMRs as an ‘all-round carefree package’ as part of Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) . Innok Robotics not only supplies the AMR, but also prepares it for use, commissions it, installs spare and wear parts, supplies a replacement robot if required and, if desired, takes out damage insurance.
With this new option, our customers can now not only purchase our robots, which already generate cost savings of up to €60,000 per year in single-shift operation, but also use them as part of a monthly all-inclusive solution (RaaS Full Service Leasing, OPEX). This means that customers benefit from our robots from the very first day of use.
This is the fastest and easiest way to get started with autonomous mobile robotics from just €2,900 RaaS rental per month (with a 48-month term, depending on the period of use per month). This is a 40% saving compared to the €5,000 costs (€60,000 cost advantage per year / 12 months = €5,000 per month) of the previous, non-autonomous solution from day 1 with our robot. When using our INDUROS AMR 24/7, the savings add up to a significant €200,000 per year and robot.
The introduction of this RaaS offering is a milestone and a top opportunity for Innok Robotics and our growth, because it gives us a very large customer universe that does not have to wait until the end of the current economic downturn to purchase a robot. We are lowering the purchase threshold for this target group immensely.
RaaS is of course also very attractive for our investors and our future company valuation due to the increasing annually recurring revenues (ARRs) that will be generated from RaaS contracts in the coming years.
Europe's automotive suppliers have to make savings and are fully focussing on robotics
Since the start of our scale-up process in 2022 (since then, Innok's annual revenue has quadrupled), we have been in intensive discussions and projects with almost all well-known European automotive groups and their Tier 1 suppliers. These talks are now bearing fruit:
BOSCH plans to order the first Induros transport robot for a plant in Spain.
At the beginning of September, the ZF Group gave the green light for the order of the first Induros AMR at the first ZF plant worldwide (in Bavaria). This order is now being planned in detail for delivery before the end of the year.
The ZF order is a major breakthrough for Innok Robotics, as companies typically put their first robot through its paces - but at this point they usually already have 10 further use cases for Induros robots in the same plant in mind, which should be ordered in the future. On top of this comes the national and international rollout to other plants, which means that there is immense scaling potential for Innok Robotics in the coming years.

You can find the latest update here.
After the extremely pleasing conclusion of the Angel Investor round, we are now looking forward to the so-called public Investor Club round at COMPANISTO, Germany's largest and most successful crowd-investing platform for exciting German start-ups and also deep tech and robotics scale-ups such as Innok Robotics.
Over EUR 1.5 million of the EUR 2 million targeted via Companisto has already been pledged in the Angel Club round.
Update 16 September: The Investor Club round has already reached almost €1.8 million. This leaves a remaining subscription volume of around €200,000, whereby ‘first come, first serve’applies !
The funds are one of several financing components for Innok Robotics' further growth. After strong growth in our home market of Germany (including a quadrupling of our sales from 2021 to 2023 and record order intake in 2024), our international expansion has begun successfully, including robot sales to Switzerland, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic. These markets alone, as well as the rest of Europe, offer enormous potential for our unique indoor & outdoor-capable robots with a global USP. We also receive many inquiries from outside Europe, from the USA, Taiwan, Indonesia and Israel, just waiting for our technology & sales team.
In order to be able to present projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), but also to an increasing number of international customers, with the usual high Innok consulting quality and on-site service, financial resources are needed to set up a sales and service network at our own local Innok locations - also planned in close cooperation with partners (dealers, integrators) from a system partner network that is currently being expanded in parallel.
In addition to the Companisto round, an institutional growth financing round was also launched. This is aimed at experienced institutional financial and corporate venture capital funds as well as family offices and is managed by a team from EY Munich. Interested parties from €1 million for co-investments and €2 million lead investments
In addition, sufficiently wealthy investors have the opportunity to participate in Innok Robotics as part of a parallel €1 million private investor round (minimum ticket: €50 thousand) as part of a direct investment. If you are interested in participating in the institutional round or the private investor round, please contact Peter Mauritz, CFO Innok Robotics, +49-173-476-0015 or peter.mauritz@innok-robotics.de.
All three fundraising measures have a subscription deadline (minimum signed LOIs and term sheets) of September 25, 2024.
