1. record order intake and sales growth

2024 has been an exceptional year for us so far, in which we recorded a record seven-figure order intake for the first time in the first half of the year. This is outstanding, as the first half of the financial year has been a rather quieter time for Innok Robotics. Our turnover has quadrupled compared to 2021 to 2023. These figures reflect the steady trust of our customers and the continued strong increase in demand for our innovative solutions. Innok MULTITERRAIN is exactly the solution that was missing in the autonomous robot market. Multiterrain means that our robots can move indoors and outdoors, on good and bad surfaces, over obstacles and in all weathers, for example from hall to hall, and transport goods autonomously.

Our private financing round is also progressing successfully, with more than 1 million euros already paid in and we have already received expressions of interest for a further 2 million euros. Innok is highly innovative, which is why investments in Innok are also subsidized with 15% of the investment amount from federal funds. If you are interested in an investment (from € 50,000, in the form of a convertible loan), please contact finance@innokrobotics.de.

In order to offer as many interested parties as possible the opportunity to support Innok Robotics and participate in its future success, the plan is to launch a crowdinvesting project online via the German market leader from mid-August. This will provide Innok Robotics with a further seven-figure amount of growth capital as planned. Capital will primarily be used for further robot product and technology

technology development (keyword AI & robotics) as well as for the establishment of branches and showrooms in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.....

2. improved technology and new product features

Innovation and technology leadership remain the focus of our work. We have made significant progress in further development and have also implemented some complex customer requirements at record speed and led them to success.

The new Innok RainGuard for the safety LiDAR sensor in turn increases the availability ofour robots to an impressive 99.5% even in bad weather, making our systems even more reliable and resilient .

Another exciting development sounds simple, but is technically highly complex:
The INDUROS' ability to park in reverse with a trailer. It opens up new application possibilities and even more flexibility for our customers.....

3. exciting leads at Logimat and Hannover Messe - RAINOS mega success

Our appearances at the trade fairs in the first half of the year were crowned with great success! This year's highlights were our impressive stand at the world's leading trade fair for intralogistics, Logimat in Stuttgart, and our first appearance in Innok's history at Hannover Messe 2024.

We were able to generate many exciting new leads and make numerous promising contacts. Asa result, new customers such as the globally successful agricultural machinery manufacturer Horsch, Hamburger Hafen AG (HHLA) and the Bavarian construction company Markgraf, our first customer from the construction sector, have now ordered an INDUROS AMR from us. We were also able to successfully commission a new INDUROS from the 2024 series at our Induros pilot customer ZwickRoell (a hidden champion from Ulm). ZwickRoell has been familiar with the system since 2020 and is our first repeat customer because they no longer want to do without the efficiency benefits and savings generated by the Induros.

This also applies to our autonomous RAINOS casting robot. Following the very successful International Plant Fair IPM in Essen ,sales here are three times as high as we had planned at the beginning of the year. "Smart city", "water savings of up to 15%", "the solution in increasingly hot summers", "finally giving employees more time for grave care again" are the keywords that are increasingly being used in connection withRAINOS and the fully autonomous watering of graves.....

4. first steps towards internationalization

Our internationalization continues to gather pace. We have put the first RAINOS irrigation robots into operation in Switzerland .The successful implementation of the INDUROS in a logistics center of the Swiss army shows the potential of our technology in critical and demanding environments. In Italy, we deliveredan INDUROS to Innok partner and integrator Alascom, marking the start of apromising market presence.
In Austria, we were able to present RAINOS at the Vienna Central Cemetery. RAINOS masters all environments and cemetery sizes from just 200 to many thousands or even tens of thousands of graves. We also have concrete interests in the Czech Republic and the USA and are holding promising talks....
