State Secretary for Economic Affairs Tobias Gotthardt (Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy) and Christian Volkmer (Vice President of IHK Regensburg fΓΌr Oberpfalz / Kelheim) discussed how important autonomous mobile robots are for Bavaria and how one of the global market leaders such as Innok can be further supported by regulations for autonomous robots in public spaces in a top-notch group of participants at Innok's headquarters in Regenstauf near Regensburg on July 19 .
"Innok has done pioneering work with its robots, particularly in the outdoor sector. With this level of precision in navigation and these trailing loads, hardly anyone else in the world can do this. As a government, we must and of course want to support this and pave the way for Innok robots to become a matter of course not only on company premises and even now in cemeteries, but even more so in public spaces," says State Secretary Tobias Gotthardt.
"Innok Robotics has done outstanding pioneering work in the entire robotics industry and has achieved an outstanding position with its robots. All of this is made in Regensburg. It's not just the big international companies that make our region strong, but also champions like Innok," says Christian Volkmer, Vice President of the Regensburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Palatinate/Kelheim.

Thanks also to Mayor Josef Schindler from the Regenstauf market, the participants from the Regensburg district and the OTH Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, as well as Bayern Innovativ, who enriched this circle and the discussion with exciting contributions from their areas of expertise and practical experience .
