The Innok Robotics financing rounds - the turbo for even stronger company growth

In the next eight weeks, not only institutional investors and wealthy business angels, but also retail investors can participate in the future success of the company via a simple Innok Robotics investment on the Companisto investment platform.

Following strong growth in its home market of Germany, Innok Robotics has started its international expansion very successfully, including robot sales in Switzerland, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic. These markets alone, as well as the rest of Europe, offer enormous potential for our unique indoor & outdoor-capable robots with a global USP. But we also receive inquiries almost daily from outside Europe, from the USA, Taiwan, Indonesia and Israel, which are just waiting to be processed by our technology & sales team, which is still manageable in terms of numbers and is still ramping up.

In order to be able to present projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), but also to increasingly international customers, with the usual high Innok consulting quality and on-site service, financial resources are needed to build up a sales and service network at our own local Innok locations - also planned in cooperation with partners (dealers, integrators).

A €5 to €10 million growth financing round has been launched for this purpose. This is aimed at institutional financial and corporate venture capital funds and family offices and is managed by EY Munich. Interested parties with a minimum investment of €1 million should contact: finance@innok-robotics.de.

Two further financing measures are also underway, which are also aimed at private investors. One of these is a €2 million campaign through Germany's leading crowd-investing platform COMPANISTO from Berlin. Everyone now has the opportunity to participate in the growth and success of Innok Robotics - whether with smaller investments from €250 (the public campaign starts on August 21 at 12:00 noon) or in the so-called Companisto Business Angel Club round (from €10,000). This started on August 7, 2024 and runs until August 13, 22:00. As part of the Angel Club round, investments of €1,267,500 (as of 8.8. - 8.00 pm) have been subscribed by investors, including Heinz Ferchau, the founder of the Ferchau Group.
